Transfer Remarks: Please indicate the applicant/registrant’s full name, payment category and contact number (e.g. CHAN Tai Man_FUNdamentals Registration Fee_22547896)  
  • Crossed cheque should be made payable to: "Physical Literacy Academy for Children and Youth (TBD)"
  • Mail the crossed cheque to: Physical Literacy Academy for Children and Youth (TBD) Kwok Sports Building, Department of Sports Science and Physical Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin, N.T., Hong Kong.
  • Please also indicate the applicant/registrant’s full name, contact number and email address on the cheque.

If you paid using FPS or Bank Transfer, please email a copy of your transfer receipt along with the applicant/registrant’s full name to info@cu-placy.org.
