Introduction

Dr. Leung Fung Lin Elean is currently the Director of Physical Education Unit of CUHK and the Associate Head of New Asia College, with more than twenty-five years’ experience of teaching the required Physical Education courses with PhD from CUHK.

She is a founding member of the Hong Kong Society of Behavioral Health. She also serves as the Honorary Advisor and Instructor of the European Resuscitation Council and Hong Kong Instructor Association Automated External Defibrillation (AED) Instructor Trainer of the European Resuscitation Council. Dr. Leung is the recipient of the 2019 University Education Award (Team), and the recipient of the Vice-Chancellor’s Exemplary Teaching Award in 2002 and 2017.

Dr. Leung’s research interests include the efficacy of the internet for physical activity promotion among university students and physical activity promotion on university campus. She thinks her students’ enthusiasm for participating in physical activities is a highlight of her career.
